7. Remove the eight M3x6 screws that secure the system board to the system board
mounting plate.

8. Place your fingers in the space between the system board and the system board
mounting plate on the opposite side of the restraining pins. Carefully lift up until the
board is free of the plate's restraining pins.
9. Remove the heat sink and microprocessor from the system board (refer to section
4.10.1.).
10. Remove the SIMMs from the system board (refer to section 4.11.1.).
11. Remove the RTC battery from the system board (refer to section 4.12.1.).
